The Company
CDL was founded in 2001 by Andrew Collinson and John Dutton to provide management and technical advice to a range of clients within the railway sector. Since it was formed CDL has expanded its capability and its team and with a resource capability in excess of eighty CDL is now able to provide services to complementary sectors and across the project and business lifecycles.
In 2008, Paul Dawkins , Neil Franklin and Richard Spence joined the CDL Board as Directors, at the same time Mike Wood was appointed as the Non-executive Chairman. Click here to read more
