CDL’s Project Management Service support’s clients co-ordinate, prioritise and plan both small and large, multidisciplinary projects within the transportation, ports, healthcare and mineral extraction sectors. Our service is designed to enable our clients to implement business change, without needing comprehensive in-house expertise whilst minimising the risk associated with business change and ensuring the continuity of clients’ service, quality and cost effectiveness.
